From version 4.3.0.0 the utility is shipped with the outlook client
- From version 4.7.5.2 (29 June 2020) the outlook client app is installed in the users appdata folder

If the Outlook add-on is disabled you can now quickly fix this using a new utility that fixes the registry settings for Outlook.
Download the tool to the client pc with the issue.
Version 3 (Checks for all versions of office installed keys) - download and extract the files to a folder and then run RepairRegistry.exe

Run the application
and click the bug "Repair" button
Restart outlook and the Accelerator add-on should be visible again.
Technically this tool updates the registry the same as if the end user updated it.
The following keys are updated*: The "16.0" refers to the office version so may vary on your machine.
