Word Save To CRM

  • Support for mail merge via the IE toolbar will continue

The "Save To CRM" section contains 3 buttons.

When clicked the document is saved to CRM.

  • Save as "Letter Out" creates a communication of type "Letter Out" against the entity.
  • Save as "Letter In" creates a communication of type "Letter In" against the entity.
  • Save as Document creates a library record against the entity.

Note: Each time this option is clicked a new record is created with the document uploaded again.
