This applies only to when you are using the Office 365 API (and not our Windows Outlook client)
Go to the Start here page to install
https://accelerator.crmtogether.com/index.php?title=Start_Here
Once installed users will be able to open the app.
- Click on the 3 dots ... and the menu opens (1)
- Click on "CRM Together" and the Accelerator task pane opens (2)
- To keep the task pane open click the Pin
- Selecting an email will match and show the CRM data as before
