The "Shared Documents" dialog will allow users to search for any global documents and attach them to the email or appointment.
This appears in the email compose window and appointment compose windows.
Documents can be filtered
Documents can be previewed by clicking the paperclip icon
The document is downloaded and can be opened from the bottom of the dialog
