What we need.

  • Partner name
  • Customer name
  • Sage CRM version
  • CRM Together Product
  • CRM Together Product Product version
  • For Accelerator is it on the classic outlook add in or on Office 365.
  • For MobileX - Is it the PWA/iOS or Android client?
  • Outline the issue
  • Steps to recreate (if you can record it would be great)
  • Any attempts/changes made to fix the issue
