Is it happening for all users?
Is the user it is happening to doing anything that you maybe have not seen before?
What we need.
- Partner name
- Customer name
- Sage CRM version
- CRM Together Product
- CRM Together Product Product version
- For Accelerator is it on the classic outlook add in or on Office 365.
- For MobileX - Is it the PWA/iOS or Android client?
- Outline the issue
- Steps to recreate (if you can record it would be great)
- Any attempts/changes made to fix the issue
- Check the database is not full (are you using SQL Express?)
- If you see an error but its generic turn on detailed error messages (https://accelerator.crmtogether.com/index.php?title=IIS_Detailed_Errors) and reproduce the issue
- If its an issue in the classic outlook add in send on the Outlook logs https://accelerator.crmtogether.com/index.php?title=View_the_Outlooks_Logs
- Send on the SAGE CRM system and/or SQL log(s) (for a day this happened) https://accelerator.crmtogether.com/index.php?title=View_CRM%27s_logs
