The taskpane can be used within compose mode, when used in compose mode this exposes a new options menu item to allow users to attach files from a given entity (for example an invoice or PO or contract stored in CRM).
This opens a dialog and you click on the item to attach it
Clicking on the attachment icon will download the file and allow you review it before attaching it.
