The outlook client we ship comes preconfigured with the core app location in the settings
EG
However if you are not running SSL (https) on your CRM you may need to update this path to a local install of the web application.
This url is in the format
* http://crm.someserver.com/CRM/custompages/sagecrmws/webapp/#/
OR
* http://someserver/CRM/custompages/sagecrmws/webapp/#/
where "crm.someserver.com" and "someserver" are your own server name.
EG
1. Update the client app url
Once you set this click
2. Set Url -button
3. Close
Restart outlook
