Clicking the File Email button above the context
When you file an email against an opportunity an Activity record is created and marked against the opportunity and any linked Account and/or Contact.
Labels will be automatically added to the emails that have been filed (the labels are fully customizable)
Email Saved Flag : Emails that have already been Filed/Saved to Sage will have this Green email icon as a flag
