* CRM Together Product
* CRM Together Product Product version
* For Accelerator is it on the classic outlook add in or on Office 365.
* For MobileX - Is it the PWA/iOS or Android client?
* Outline the issue
* Steps to recreate (if you can record it would be great)
* Any attempts/changes made to fix the issue
* Check the database is not full (are you using SQL Express?)
