From version 4.3.0.0 the utility is shipped with the outlook client

If the Outlook add-on is disabled you can now quickly fix this using a new utility that fixes the registry settings for Outlook.
Download the tool to the client pc with the issue.

Run the application
and click the bug "Repair" button
Restart outlook and the Accelerator add-on should be visible again.
