Accelerator establishes context in the following fashion
1. Tag (if applied) see https://accelerator.crmtogether.com/index.php?title=Tagging
2. Precise Email Address (person match)
3. Email Domain* (company match where a person record was not found)
There are 2 parts to this:
a. The system tries matching on the company email address - If a match is found this is returned
4. Lead (where a company record is not found)
5. If no matches in Person, Company or Lead are found then the system searches for a person record with the domain* and returns the company(ies) that a linked to the person(s) found.
- There is a setting called "companyfullmatch" that, when set to Y, the domain searches are not used.
