From Accelerator for SageCRM
This applies only to when you are using the Office 365 API (and not our Windows Outlook client).
The feature set using the new office API is less so there are less features using this integration.
Go to the Start here page to install

Once installed users will be able to open the app.
- Click on the 3 dots ... and the menu opens (1)
- Click on "CRM Together" and the Accelerator task pane opens (2)
- To keep the task pane open click the Pin
- Selecting an email will match and show the CRM data as before
