How often have you found something and then lost it because the "Recent" list only holds the last 4 records you viewed?
This is no longer a problem.
Every Sage CRM Entity that you view is now recorded and its easy to find something that you looked at.
Click on the "History" drop down
You can see all the items that you viewed.
Plus you can filter on the entity type and date.
Pings can also be viewed.
