Word Templates

Please note that support for the WORD toolbar will cease as of the next release - March 2014
- Support for mail merge via the IE toolbar will continue
The Templates button displays 3 options
1. Get Template will display the current templates from CRM
From here you double click to select the template.
2. Get Template and Merge will do the same as one but when the document is downloaded an opened in MS Word it will then attempt a Mail Merge based on the current entity.
3. Save as Template allows you to create new templates (Editing existing ones is not possible). Users must have either "Info Manager" or "Administrator" rights to allow this.
